FAQ's & Disclaimers for Reiki healing and all services:
Spiritual Counsel/Advice/Reading single session fees - $40 (15-min)/$75 (30-min)/$90 (45-min)/$120 (60-min).
Healing single session fees - Reiki Session (in-office or distance) - $80; Distance Half Reiki Session - $45; Reiki & Reading Half (1 hr.) - $115; Reiki & Reading Full (1.5 hrs.) - $155; also available Shamanic Healing Session - $122

Pricing subject to change and the changes will be announced ahead of time to give those of you who are “on the fence” a chance to lock-in your “forever pricing”. See below for details.
Please note that I make every effort to offer services at price levels that are available to assist as many people in our community as possible. There are a couple of ways that this is happening. One is to continue offering you the original pricing of the service at the time of when you first become a client…with “forever pricing”. For example…you became a Reiki client on February 12, 2022. Your “forever price” will be $65/session. The same goes for any of the services and packages offered. Guaranteed. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. No matter what, the Client Loyalty program is available to any and all of my clients, regardless of pricing when you first began.
Deposits, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policies
All deposits/retainers and purchases of gift vouchers/e-gift cards are non-refundable.
Exemption: Gift voucher/e-gift card users – deposit is necessary but is refunded at the time of the session.
If any client cancels with less than a 4-hr notice or is a no-show to the session, a new deposit will be required to book a session. No exemptions.
Sessions may be rescheduled with no less than 4-hrs notice prior to your scheduled time easily online directly from your original appointment email. You may also send your reschedule request with the requested new day and time by emailing magichandsreiki@gmail.com, or texting 715-347-6336. You will receive a new confirmation email when your request has been approved.
E-Gift Cards/Gift Voucher Information
Gift Voucher/E-Gift Card Info: To use for your session – please book the appointment and pay a refundable $20 deposit. At the time of your session, please email a copy of your gift voucher to magichandsreiki@gmail.com.
Using the E-Gift Card - You will receive an Invoice from Square via email prior to your session start time for pre-payment of session. Simply enter your card information for payment. Other forms of payment accepted for Invoice payment: ACH/Credit Card/Debit Card.
When booking: In the Reason for Appointment box, along with your reason please include that you are using a gift voucher or e-gift card and please provide your payment details (PayPal/Venmo/CashApp info) for the $20 deposit refund.
All deposits and purchases of gift vouchers/e-gift cards are non-refundable. Exemption: Fully paid sessions (gift voucher) – deposit is necessary but is refunded at the time of the session. E-Gift Card users may also receive the deposit refunded as long as the E-Gift Card is used to pay for the entire session at the time of Invoice payment, prior to your session start time.
Refund will be sent within 24-hours after your session ends.

Dawn Provost reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.
