How Often and How Many Sessions Are Recommended?
Professional recommendations are to experience a few (3+ Reiki sessions) before effects are noticed more fully in everyday life. Most often clients will come in once per week or once every 2 weeks for Reiki therapy and energy alignment when they first begin, and then once per month for a "tune-up".

Shamanic Sessions - it is recommended to schedule a second Shamanic session 1-month after your first, and another follow-up 3-4 months later. Reiki sessions can also be used in-between for integration and further healing.

Expecting to be fully healed in one session is unrealistic.
